Could you please tell me how to send pictures on my e mails that are 4X6 size. I used to be able to select a site when I went to attach that gave me a choice of picture sizes but I don’t have that ability anymore. I would realy apprecitate it you could help

my ex knows all my history of hotmail, both conversing with others to scooping my mail before it gets to me. he has hacked into my privacy and l want to know how he does it? What site is it? How to get it stopped. lt is a big determining factor in my using a computer whatsoever. HELP NOW PLEASE
