Cheating Incidents Using Cellphones Become Notorious in Cambodia
Cambodian authorities expressed alarm over the significant increase of cheating incidents among students, who used cellphones to share answers during national examinations. Computer giant IBM Corp. has raised its annual forecast for this year as the technology sector batted for bigger sales in the coming months.
